The ingredients for this apple crumble are quite easy and you can change almost all of them. The banana serves as a binder for the crumble. And it also gives sweetness, since there is no sugar. The puffed quinoa can also be puffed rice, puffed millet etc…If you don’t like pine nuts, replace them with walnuts or chopped hazelnuts. Raisins, forget about them if you are not into it.
