  • 1 cup chestnut flours (150 g)

  • ¼ cup white sugar (55 g)

  • 7 tbsp butter (100 g)

  • 1 medium egg

How to

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
  • In a blender, combine the chestnut flour, butter in small cubes, sugar, and the egg. Blend until a dough is forming.
    Transfer the mixture to a surface lined with parchment paper and work quickly with your hands until the dough is smooth.
  • Cover the dough with a second parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin until thin.
  • Cut your favorite shapes out of the rolled dough.
  • Bake at 350°F/180°C for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
