  • 1 cup 1 chestnut flours (150 g)

  • ¼ cup ¼ white sugar (55 g)

  • 7 tbsp 7 butter (100 g)

  • 1 medium 1 egg

How to

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
  • In a blender, combine the chestnut flour, butter in small cubes, sugar, and the egg. Blend until a dough is forming.
    Transfer the mixture to a surface lined with parchment paper and work quickly with your hands until the dough is smooth.
  • Cover the dough with a second parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin until thin.
