Raspberry dressing ingredients on a tray

Raspberry salad dressing

If you are tired of the usual boring salad, this raspberry dressing could be a game changer solution. It is easy to make and it gives a serious twist to your salad bowls.

But it’s also a zero waste hack to finish all your jam jars with one teaspoon left!

Since this is a sweet and sour kind of sauce, it matches better with bitter greens, such as chicory or kale type of salads.

Salad with raspberry dressing

This vinaigrette contains just 4 base ingredients and is dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan.

Can I use other jams instead of raspberry to make this salad dressing?

Yes you can. Other suitable alternative are lemon/orange marmelade or strawberries/cranberry jam.

Can I replace the olive oil with other type of oils? Feel free to use another neutral oil of your choice, such as nuts or seed oil.

You can add finely chopped herbs too, for additional flavor. Some of my favorites to pair with raspberries include fresh basil leaves or mint.
