Frozen yogurt and blueberries clusters

These frozen clusters of yogurt and blueberries, covered in chocolate, are the perfect summer snack. Vegan, gluten-free and grain-free, they are perfect to keep on hand for a quick and tasty afternoon break. A refreshing treat that will satisfy your sweet cravings while keeping you cool during those warm summer days.

These delightful frozen clusters are a delightful combination of tangy blueberries and creamy plant-based yogurt, creating a perfect harmony of flavors and textures. Not only are they incredibly tasty, but they are also packed with nutrients.

Only few minutes of prep time and a little hour to rest in the freezer is all you will need. And you can also keep these delicious frozen bites in the freezer for up to a week. When you are ready to taste them, remove from the freezer some minutes before serving.

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • ¼ cup plant-based yogurt

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

How to

  • Mix blueberries with yogurt and peanut butter.
  • On a piece of parchment paper, transfer the yogurt mixture making small clusters (around 4-5 blueberries per piece). Transfer to the freezer for 1 hour.
  • After resting time, melt the chocolate in a medium bowl.
  • With a spoon, dip the frozen blueberries clusters in the melted chocolate and flip it until it’s coated on each side.
  • Keep in the freezer for 30 minutes, then serve. They can also be left in the freezer overnight or for a few days. In this case, leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before tasting.
