Ferrero Rocher bliss balls recipe

Ferrero Rocher bliss balls (GF + Vegan)

GLUTEN-FREE BREAD ONLINE COURSE

These Ferrero Rocher bliss balls taste exactly like the real thing, decadent and chocolate-y. This is the healthiest version of this treat you will ever have. But since the ingredients are dates, cocoa powder and hazelnuts, you can eat more of them! These energy balls are naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegan and paleo, too.

The recipe comes together easily in a blender, and then requires a little time to be rolled into balls. These fit Ferrero Rocher taste best after at least one hour in the fridge. They are perfect as a snack, as pre-workout or to grab as breakfast to go.

One of the main ingredients is hazelnut butter: it’s similar to peanut butter, but with 100% roasted hazelnuts. Obviously you can replace it with peanut butter, almond butter or even sunflower seeds butter, for a nut-free version. But without this ingredients, you won’t get the Ferrero Rocher taste!
